From the seas to the trees best describes John. He began investing in real estate in the mid-1990’s before
obtaining his license in 2018. After nearly three decades in public service, he continues his real estate
career with Century 21 Gilmartin and Company.
John specializes in homes that need TLC, larger acreage properties and waterfront properties. Having
grown up on a family farm, owned several waterfront properties and renovated dozens of properties, he
has the knowledge and experience to guide clients through the process of acquiring or selling these types
of properties. He holds a Certified Arborist credential from the International Society of Arboriculture and
is licensed as a Home Improvement Contractor by the State of New Jersey.
When not out looking for the next great real estate deal, John volunteers for Ducks Unlimited, being the
State Chairman for two terms and a member of National Public Policy Committee, enjoys using his
collection of chainsaws, boating, waterfowling, and gourmet cooking.
John resides on the federally designated Wild and Scenic, Maurice River, with his two sons.
