Please notes security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and on inside the garage unit entry. All interior space is completely private.
A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to check in.
Guests have a designated parking spot in the drive, as well as dedicated outdoor space. Be aware, the outdoor space has a small propane fire pit as well as a grill. OWNER HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY INCURRED WHILE USING THIS SPACE.
