Guest and Guest's invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest's invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas.
This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware, linens and towels are provided, exterior of home is monitored with ring cameras. Three King beds, two Queen beds, two Full daybeds, and two Twin trundles.
In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED.
