Maximum capacity of 4 people.
First floor 1 bedroom suite with Queen bed. 2 futon beds
1 full bath.
ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large television in the family room with streaming capability. High speed internet. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides does NOT provide beach tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
DOGS
This is a pet friendly property.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
If you will be arriving after hours your bag will be hanging in our 24 hour kiosk set up in the parking lot.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Other things to note
THIS HOME is CIRCA 1850, and while many improvements have been made to each unit, there are some quirks and historic remnants that come with a home this age.
HOUSE RULES
Please be respectful of neighbors. Cape May is a quaint little beach community and we love our wonderful neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to house rules.
-OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 9am. Any excessive noise complaints will result in holdings from security deposit. Property is monitored with outdoor cameras.
-NO SMOKING
-All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/caregivers permitted)
Bikes are a shared amenity and are first come first served.
