CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. June-August 7 night minimum

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms.
First floor study/bedroom has a single sized trundle ( 2 beds) and 1/2 bath on first floor
Second floor has two master bedroom en suites with king beds and private full bath, fireplace and smart tv
Second floor has 2 additional bedrooms- one with a queen bed and another with 1 queen and 1 double bed and a shared hallway bath
ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. There are also smart tv s in both master bedrooms. Log into your paid services and don t forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 8 beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
OUTDOORS
Please use the fire pit with care and caution. No oversized fires are permitted and fires outside the fire pit are strictly prohibited.
HOT TUB
There is a pool service that comes mid-week to clean/treat the hot tub. Please keep covered when not in use to prevent leaves or debris from surrounding trees
COMMUNICATION
Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement.
